A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.

Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservations (deposit taken).

All rates are inclusive of tax on room tariff.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit equal to a minimum of one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's cost — whichever is more — is required. We accept Maestro, Visa and MasterCard. For alternate arrangements, please contact the Hotel.

For Corporate reservations secured by a company credit card, the deposit requirement may be waived at the discretion of the Hotel. Please inquire before making a reservation.

Group bookings of four or more rooms require a 30-day cancellation notice for return of the deposit.

A full day at Cedar Inn is counted as 24 hours from the time of check-in — not based on a fixed clock time. Your stay is measured from the moment you arrive.

For example, if you check in at 3:00 PM, your check-out time will be 3:00 PM on the departure day — giving you the full 24 hours you have paid for.

This ensures every guest receives the complete value of their stay without being rushed. Please inform the front desk of your expected arrival time in advance.

Children up to 5 years can stay free of charge with parents using existing beds. No free extra bed and no meal is provided in normal cases. Breakfast till age 5 is complimentary; above that, normal menu charges apply.

If an extra bed is required for a child aged 2–5 years, the third person's rate applies. Please select "3 adults" in the reservation form — you will receive 3 breakfasts unless stated otherwise.

Cots for infants can be requested, subject to availability.
